ASTM B423 UNS N08825 tube is a seamless tube made of a nickel-iron-chromium-based austenitic alloy. Tubes manufactured according to this standard are widely used in petrochemical, marine engineering, and nuclear power industries.

The commercial grade is Incoloy 825. It is a nickel-based alloy specifically designed for extremely corrosive environments, exhibiting excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking by sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and chloride ions, and performing exceptionally well in high-temperature, high-concentration acid, and chloride-containing media.
